Do you build prefab or modular homes?

No, we build on site one board at a time.

Will you make changes to your plans?

Yes! We have an in-house draftsman that can modify any floor plan to fit your needs.

How long does it take you to build a home?

We take build out times very seriously. We track every phase of construction, and our build out time is typically 4 - 5 months.

How long have you been in business?

We've been in business since October of 2001.

Can changes be made after the home building has begun?

Yes. Many things can be changed after construction has begun.

Will someone help us with our selections?

Yes. We have a designer that will coordinate and help during the entire selection process.

Can I count my land equity towards my down payment?

Yes! In fact, many property owners have enough land equity that they don't need any addition funds for a mortgage down payment.

Do you have a draftsman that can draw custom plans?

Yes! To price a custom plan we will need a floor plan and elevation to scale. We require a down payment for this service. When you build with us, we apply your down payment towards your purchase.

Can you give us a price on a home from a picture we have?

No. We must have a detailed plan that is 1/8" or 1/4" scale to provide an accurate price. However, in most cases we can give you a general idea of what it will cost.

Can you help me with financing options?

Yes! We have several financial institutions that take great care of us and our homeowners.

How often will I be able to tour my new home once construction has started?

Everyday! We just ask our homeowners to visit the site after working hours for everyone's safety.

We you allow a buyer to perform some work themselves?

Yes! Talk with your building consultant for more details.

Do you build in Florida?

We do not build in Florida at this time.

How far will you travel to build a home?

To best serve you, we like to keep the drive time around 1.5 hours from Valdosta, GA.

If we have our own house plans, will you build it?

Absolutely! In most cases we can have you a price within 5 business days.

When can you start building our home?

We can usually start your home within 2 weeks of pulling the permit for your home.

What kind of warranty do you have?

10 year structural warranty, 1 year on workmanship, 2 years on systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more.

How do we make our selections for paint, flooring, cabinets, etc.?

For your convenience, we have a beautiful showroom with all materials you will need to design your home all located here in our office.

What is included in your price?

The price is for a 100% complete home. Land or land improvements (well, septic, and land clearing) will be added after a site evaluation, and will be part of the final contract price.

Do I need to own my own property before building?

No. In most cases we can add the cost of the property into one sale agreement.

Do you require a down payment when you sign a contract?

Yes. We ask for a down payment to get started on permitting, engineered plans, and needed paperwork before we break ground.

What happens in the case of storm damage, theft or vandalism during construction?

We provide a builders risk insurance policy on all homes while they are under construction.

Who will oversee the construction of our new home?

You will have a superintendent who will manage daily operations so you can check on the process of your home anytime.

Do you have a waiting list to start new homes? 

No, we start homes as each customer closes on their loan and when we are able to pull the building permit.  We do not have a waiting list.
